Mark Ipaviz

In today's episode I interview superstar age group triathlete Jo Ritson. Jo is a high performing triathlete who has seen some phenomenal success over her short time in Triathlon. In 2018 she placed 6th at the ITU world champs on the Gold Coast competing in sprint distance. In 2019 she placed 6th again at the ITU world champs in Lausanne once again competing in sprint distance.  In 2020 she made the move into longer distance racing and placed first at the Geelong half ironman for her age group. in 2021 Jo placed second in her age group at the Cairns half ironman (70.3) and in 2022 she took out first place in her age group at Noosa in the Olympic Distance, as well as first place in the Cairns and Port Macquarie half ironmans (70.3) showing that this girl is an absolute beast in her field! She does all this whilst juggling full time work as a professional learning co-ordinator for the Australian council for health, physical education and recreation which makes her achievements even more impressive!
